James Harris

James Harris is a founding partner of the law firm of Paglialunga & Harris, PS (PH Law Firm). James was born in Seattle, Washington where he graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Business and Psychology. James went on to graduate for Seattle University School of Law and was admitted to the bar in Washington in 1995. For over 20 years, James has exclusively represented victims in personal injury and product liability cases. Throughout James’ career, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts including record breaking settlements in several cases. Currently, James focuses his practice on representing individuals harmed by pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. James, extensive Mass torts experience includes:
